Cruise Ferry Online Reservation Conditions

  • Reservations can only be made for standard-sized cars and light vehicles under 6m.
  • We do not accept reservations for customers riding in a car, customers on foot, or motorcycles.Please apply at the window on the day.
  • Reservation requests can be made anywhere from 2 months prior to the departure date to 6:00 PM on the day before the departure date.
    *Reservations for the following day are not accepted after 6:00 PM.
  • You will be sent an automatic confirmation e-mail and an additional e-mail to confirm your reservation.
    Please set up permission to receive e-mails from the [setonaikaikisen.co.jp] domain.
    If you do not receive the automatic confirmation e-mail, it may be due to your junk mail filter or other settings preventing you from receiving it.
    Please note that we are not responsible for e-mails that are undelivered due to the recipient’s settings or other reasons.
  • The automatic confirmation e-mail that we send is not an e-mail confirmation of your reservation.
    We will send an e-mail including a “Reservation Number” to confirm your reservation.
  • The reservation confirmation e-mail will be sent to you either on the day that your reservation request was made, or the following day.
    *Reservation requests made after 6:00 PM will receive replies the following day.
    *If you do not receive the reservation confirmation e-mail within 2 days of submitting your reservation request, please contact us by phone.
  • Please note that reservations are subject to availability, and that we may not be able to meet your requests.
  • To confirm, cancel, or change your reservation, please send message to info@setonaikaikisen.co.jp
    *Please contact us to make any changes or cancellations to your reservation no later than 1 hour before your scheduled departure time.
    (When boarding at Kure Port, please contact us no later than 1 hour before the starting departure time of your vessel.)
